Tasting notes

• Barbaresco 1988, Gaja     
  A true icon of Piedmont, a perfect expression of Nebbiolo. It has a deep garnet red color with orange reflections. The nose reveals complex aromas of withered roses, cherries, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-structured, with soft tannins and a long, persistent finish.
• Ornellaia 2007, Tenuta dell'Ornellaia     
  A classic from Tuscany, Ornellaia is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. It presents an intense ruby red color. The nose reveals notes of dark fruits, dark chocolate, and a hint of wood. The palate is rich and powerful, with well-integrated tannins and an elegant, mineral finish.
• Mouton Rothschild 1978,  Château Mouton Rothschild
  A symbol of prestige, this Bordeaux is known for its elegance and depth. It has a dark red color with garnet reflections. Aromas of red fruits, aromatic herbs, and spices, with a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it is round and complex, with silky tannins and a long, enchanting finish.
• Echézeaux 2012, Maison Louis Latour     
  Echezeaux 2012 boasts a beautiful garnet colour. The nose is complex, combining aromas of cherry, cassis, mocha and earthiness. Liquorice notes appear on the finish. A very aromatic and well-structured wine.
• Champagne Brut Grand Siècle N.26, Laurent Perrier    
  This Champagne is a blend of various vintages, selected to represent the essence of the Laurent Perrier Maison. Its color is a bright golden hue. The nose perceives notes of brioche, dried fruits, and a subtle hint of citrus. On the palate, it is creamy and fresh, with fine bubbles and a long, mineral finish.
• Seña 2014, Chadwick Eduardo    
  This Chilean wine is a blend of Bordeaux varieties, representing the enological excellence of Chile. It has an intense red color. On the nose, it offers aromas of black fruits, coffee, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is powerful and complex, with elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish.
