Considered the greatest white wine producer in the Entre-deux-Mers, Château du Moulin has been owned by the Greffi family for over four generations. The property, consisting of about 75 hectares of vineyards, is planted to Sauvignon, Sémillon and Muscadelle. The resulting wines are best defined by their fresh and vibrant aromatic notes. A charming white Bordeaux, Château du Moulin Blanc can be enjoyed as an aperitif or alongside seafood dishes.
