Im Gaumen leicht dominierende Säure, die etwas spitz auf das Extrakt auftritt und dem Wein eine gewisse Strenge verleiht, knackiges Stachelbeerenaroma im langen, etwas schlanken Finale. Great care is taken to make the most of Château de Fieuzal's terroir. in order to produce excellent wines as well as to protect the remarkably diverse natural environment. In keeping with demanding French standards of luxury craftsmanship, all work in the vineyard and cellar is done both meticulously and traditionally. The vines are looked after on an individual basis and closely followed in order to obtain fruit that reflects the excellence of this unique terroir. Winemaking takes into account vintage characteristics and the profile of each different grape variety. Fieuzal's demanding criteria are devoted to pleasing wine lovers everywhere.
