Located in Sancerre, one of Europe’s great limestone soils, this beautiful region is acclaimed as the greatest producer of Sauvignon Blanc in the world. Here, the century old winemaking tradition has been passed down within the Mellot family from generation to generation, dating all the way back to the 1500s.
